Subject: Label account?
Is it possible to have an account where I can use many different
artists at once?
Or do I have to make an account (when I'm ablo to) for every artist
on my label?

I am interested in switching my account over to a label / management account, for multiple artists. I also want to have the ability to change my username if need be

Hi Morten: Both of these features are still in development, as it's taking much longer than we anticipated, as we're having to make some significant changes to both our user interface and our db design. We will update our entire user-base when they are available.
Thanks

When you do add this feature, what will happen to the current artist name URL? I am hesitant to set up my groups profile if I will not be able to change the username to reflect each artist. I know there is some work around adding this feature, but is it possible to give an update in a blog or something so that we can anticipate what to expect? That's the feature I'm looking for most

Hi There,
Firstly thank you very much for the solution, got here after getting the news about you guys from a few good friends of mine (and yours) at a pub in London.
Aware of the LABEL issue, we here at http://curvemusic.net look forwards in getting all our artists accounts up and running in time for our BIG DAY (AUG.30th will see the simultaneously release of 12 albums and 2 EP.s). We are on most of the networks you cover with all our artists profile been managed by us ( lots of work), so as you can imagine we cannot wait for the launch of the label management tool.
Taking this opportunity to thank you in advance and for fixing the issue with Opera 10 Beta 2 (Mac Intel) I salute you.
Good Vibes
Afonso

Hi Simply Laced Music Group:
We are releasing our label management / multi-band management system in less than 2 weeks. Your artist URL page will not change - it will not be effected, and we will move each artist you have with Band Metrics, at your request, into your label account. You will then login with one singular username to manage all of your bands on Band Metrics through one dashboard. However, you will not be able to change the username of your singular login at that time. It's something we will have to address after we release the label management feature.

Hi Afonso:
Many thanks for your note and support, as we're working as hard and as fast as we can. As for our label management feature working well before August 30th, so please keep an eye out for our announcement.

Thanks for the response. Then as I understand things, I should sign up 1
artist right now and then create a label profile once the feature has been
enabled?

OK, I see that you've got the label signups active. I was able to set-up one artist (haven't filled out all social profiles for him yet), but i can't add others. Says I need to upgrade.
Can I do the following:
1-Add additional users?
2-change my label profile URL after you've confirmed that I can add additional users since my current URL goes to a specific user?
Thank you

Hi Simplylaced:
My apologies for the delay in getting back with you - we just upgraded your account so that you can now add up to a total of seven bands under your primary account. Just login and select the tab that says manage artists. From here, you can add additional bands. Here's a quick tutorial: http://screenr.com/C88
As for changing your URL to a label URL, this is a separate issue that will need to address in the future as we do not yet have this feature, so I've added it to our product development roadmap.
Many thanks for your patience, feedback and support!
Cheers,
The Band Metrics team

Hi guys,
how can I have an upgrade on my account just like Simplylaced? I'd like to add up two or more bands to mine, for I run a management.
Can you help me out?
Thanks,
Paola

Can I get a label account too? I'm responsible for 20+ bigger local artists and I really want to try this service out!

Hello,
I would like to add other artists to our label account. I was told I needed to "upgrade"... and when I clicked the link it brought me to a support page that listed this article. Any chance you can upgrade our account. We are about to launch a campaign for a new artist and it would be great to watch the effects. Thanks alot...
