I think my user account and my band have been disassociated somehow, because while I get my bands data when I log in on my analytics tab, I get the error message above when I go to the settings page. I can't see any way to fix this on my end...

    Hi Jason:

Thanks for reaching out. To assist you, I need a little information: the name of your band your Band Metrics public url * your email address (if you don't want to provide it here, just email it to help@bandmetrics.com)

Once I have that information, I'll take a look and see what's going on.

    Hey Jason:

I just solved this ticket for you. Here's what happened... you initially signed-up twice for a Band Metrics account, and our system couldn't determine which version of you to grant access to so it made both of your profiles view only. However, I deleted the redundant one and re-associated your account, so it now works again, as I just tested it. However, for verification purposes, you will need to go to http://bandmetrics.com and reset your password via the Forgot Password link, as your old one has been changed to protect your account.

Just let us know if you have any additional questions or comments, and many thanks for using Band Metrics!
