Thanks for reaching out. Can you provide a little more detail? For example, what browser are you using? What OS? It's possible that you are experiencing a signing-in problem some of our users are encountering. We're working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible, but in the meantime, if you attempt to login twice from the same page without navigating away, your second attempt should work.
