guys, i can't access my account b/c theres no web site to login to!!!

   Hey Sarah:

   Thanks for reaching out. This has been fixed, and Band Metrics is now up again. Our sincerest apologies that we had an outage earlier as we were down today for about 2 hours b/c of our current dedicated server provider. Over the next couple of months, we'll be moving Band Metrics to a cloud environment which will provide increased efficiency, scalability and the new provider will have faster response times in the event of an outage.
